Dr. Etka Topaloglu serves as a full-time Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Nova Southeastern University's H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business & Entrepreneurship. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Binghamton University with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Science, complemented by an M.Sc. in Sustainability Science from Montclair State University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
