Tuğçe Tutar is a Lecturer at Bingöl University's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Physiology since 2020. She holds a PhD in Physiology from Inonu University and has prior experience as a Research Assistant (2014-2020) and Veterinarian at the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (2013-2014). Her teaching responsibilities include Physiology I/II, Biophysics, and Physiological Psychology courses with combined theoretical and practical hours.
Research interests focus on stress physiology, cortisol measurement methods, pharmacological interventions in tissue damage, and antioxidant mechanisms. She has published 8 peer-reviewed journal articles between 2017-2022, including studies on astaxanthin's protective effects, favipiravir toxicity, and vaccine antibody responses. Presentations include 11 international and 8 national conference contributions on topics like hair cortisol measurement optimization and sympathetic nervous system activity analysis.
Collaborative work includes co-authorship on a book chapter about avian egg uses in prenatal stress models. Foreign language proficiency includes YÖKDİL Health English (75.0 score). Current research actively explores biomarkers of stress, pharmacological agents' effects on organ systems, and veterinary medical applications of physiological principles.
