Tony Donato holds the position of Professor in Internal Medicine at the University of Utah, concurrently serving as Adjunct Professor in Nutrition & Integrative Physiology since July 2020. His academic journey includes prior roles such as Associate Professor of Internal Medicine (2015–2020) and multiple adjunct positions across Physiology, Biochemistry, and Health & Kinesiology.
