TOH Han Sim Matthias Paul is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore's Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health. He serves as Senior Consultant in the Department of Infectious Disease at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID), where he also leads the Epidemiology and Data Unit. His career spans public health, epidemiology, and health services research with a focus on infectious diseases and chronic disease management.
