Sławomir Plewko

Sławomir Plewko is an artist and educator based at the Department of Digital Media Art, Faculty of Arts, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. As a co-founder of the design studio KONTRASTUDIO, he has contributed to applied graphics, design, and interior architecture projects across Poland and internationally.

• Education: Graduated from the Institute of Artistic Education (now Institute of Fine Arts) at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University.
• Research Interests: Focus on graphic design, interactive projections, and video art, blending traditional and digital media.
• Professional Affiliations: Member of the Association of Polish Visual Artists (Golden Badge since 2002) and Open Studio Association in Lublin.

His artistic practice spans 160+ group exhibitions and 10 solo exhibitions globally, with works preserved in museum collections, cultural institutions, and private collections. He is associated with the Discursive Geometry movement through his exhibitions and social engagement.
