Søren Lindhardt is a Teaching Associate Professor at Aalborg University's Department of Communication and Psychology within The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. His research focuses on communication, organizational behavior, environmental humanities, and narrative theory, particularly in fanfiction and workplace dynamics. He is actively involved in interdisciplinary research initiatives such as the Environmental Humanities Cluster and Green Societies.
His academic work spans publications in literary studies, healthcare communication, and organizational behavior, including a 2023 article on carrier bag methodology in fanfiction and a 2009 report on healthcare research. Lindhardt has participated in numerous projects, including studies on workplace communication, problem-based learning models, and environmental humanities.
