Sydnee Caldwell

Sydnee Caldwell is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Berkeley, jointly appointed in the Haas School of Business (Economic Analysis and Policy group) and the Department of Economics. Her research focuses on labor and personnel economics, particularly the interplay between workers' outside options and wages, firm dynamics in labor markets, and gender inequality. She utilizes administrative data alongside experimental, quasi-experimental, and survey methods.
