Anna Stansbury is the Class of 1948 Career Development Assistant Professor and Assistant Professor of Work and Organization Studies at MIT Sloan School of Management, with core faculty status at MIT’s Institute for Work and Employment Research. Her research focuses on labor and macroeconomic inequality, employer concentration, worker power decline, and minimum wage compliance. She holds a BA from Cambridge University, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and MA/PhD in Economics from Harvard University.
