Sven Dumoulin

Prof. Sven Dumoulin is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, specializing in Corporate Law and Governance. He holds additional professorial roles at the Kooijmans Institute and contributes to interdisciplinary research at the intersection of law, markets, and behavior. His work focuses on regulatory compliance, corporate governance structures, and sustainable business practices.

Prof. Dumoulin is actively involved in legal practice through ancillary roles such as Board Member at Grotius Academie (Nijmegen), Acting Judge at Gerechtshof Den Haag, and Partner at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek NV (Amsterdam).
