Her team employs converging methodologies including fMRI, eye-tracking, and behavioral paradigms to examine typical and atypical development from early childhood to adulthood. Key projects include the DASH project (Developmental Adolescent Social Health) and SAGA project (Social Games for Adolescents with Autism), both investigating pubertal influences on social brain development and creating interventions for autism.
Lab Collaborations involve partnerships with institutions like Duke University, University of North Carolina, and Carnegie Mellon University. The lab trains students and researchers in neuroimaging, behavioral analysis, and stimulus development for autism studies.
