Suzanne Chan-Serafin

Associate Professor Suzanne Chan-Serafin is affiliated with the School of Management and Governance at the UNSW Business School, UNSW. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Tulane University and previously worked as an auditor/accountant specializing in manufacturing and IT industries. Her research focuses on behavioral ethics, diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution (mediation), and worker safety interventions.
