Suzana Bornarova

Prof. Dr. Suzana Bornarova is a Full Professor at the Institute for Social Work and Social Policy, Faculty of Philosophy, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. She earned her PhD in Social Work in 2006, building on her Master’s (2004) and Bachelor’s (1998) degrees from the same institution. Her academic trajectory includes prestigious international engagements as a Fulbright Scholar at Catholic University of America (2009-2010) and a Generations in Dialogue fellowship in Vienna (2009).

Her research encompasses social policy, family welfare, demographic aging, migration, and social protection systems. She coordinates the National Center for Continuing Education for Social Development and has authored 5 textbooks and over 50 publications.
