Sushil Nifadkar is an Associate Professor at the Mike Cottrell College of Business at the University of North Georgia. His academic appointment is within the Department of Management, where he teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Management Analytics for Leaders, International Management, and related subjects.
Dr. Nifadkar earned his Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from Arizona State University in 2009. His educational background has provided the foundation for his research and teaching career focused on understanding human behavior in organizational contexts.
His research interests span several interconnected areas including organizational behavior, human resource management, international management, newcomer socialization processes, leader behavior, information seeking and sharing dynamics, work-family issues, and online health behavior.
