Susanne Scheibe is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Groningen, affiliated with the Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences and the Department of Organizational Psychology. Her research focuses on aging in the work context, emotional development across adulthood, and workplace well-being. She holds leadership roles, including Chair of the Organizational Psychology group and Vice Chair of the EU Cost Action network LeverAge. Scheibe has a PhD from Free University Berlin and has held postdoctoral positions at Stanford University and the Max Planck Institute. Her expertise spans emotion regulation, stress management, and intergenerational dynamics in organizations.
