Susanne Broeng is a Teaching Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Work, Aalborg University, affiliated with The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. She holds a Cand. Scient.Soc. and works as an independent consultant since 1991, specializing in relational competencies and organizational dynamics. Her research focuses on organizational silence in social work contexts, leadership communication, and employee experience in change processes. She is affiliated with SCOPAS and the SSH Children and Youth Research Network.
Her education includes a Cand. Scient.Soc. degree and training as a psychotherapist.
