Susan Scott

Susan Scott is an Associate Professor in the Information Systems and Innovation Group at the Department of Management of The London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research focuses on the intersection of digital innovation and organizational change, particularly examining how information systems reshape work practices and risk management in financial services, travel, and publishing sectors.
