Susan Rabbitt is the Academic Co-ordinator for Standards, Enhancement and the Learner Experience at the University of Greater Manchester, affiliated with the School of Education and Psychology. She joined the university in 2006 after 15 years as a partner in her family’s small business, where she gained practical leadership experience.
She holds all higher education qualifications from the Bolton Institute of Higher Education (now University of Greater Manchester), studied part-time, and identifies as a proud alumni. Her research focuses on applying Senge’s Learning Organisation framework to enhance organisational effectiveness through business and management principles.
