Susan Krum

Susan Krum, Au.D., is an Associate Professor and MHA Program Coordinator at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University. With extensive healthcare leadership experience including roles as Vice President of Ambulatory Operations at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and AVP of Population Health at Kennedy/Jefferson Health, she transitioned to academia in 2019. She spearheaded CAHME accreditation for the MHA program (secured in 2021 and 2024) and chairs the Curriculum Improvement Committee overseeing graduate/undergraduate programs.
