Susan Harmeling is a Clinical Professor at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University (ASU). Previously, she held the position of Associate Professor of Clinical Entrepreneurship at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California (USC). She is a global expert on the Case Method of instruction and founder of the International Case Method Institute. Her research focuses on the intersection of business ethics, equity in organizations, and inclusive leadership.

- Ph.D. in Business Ethics and Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business
