Marc Johnson is a Lecturer at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, concurrently serving as Senior Associate Dean for Student Engagement and Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer. He teaches global business and strategy courses for MBA/EMBA students worldwide while leading institutional strategy execution, innovation initiatives, and holistic student engagement across all Darden degree programs.

- Ed.D. in Executive Doctorate in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania
