Susan Fussell is a Professor at Cornell University in both the Department of Communication and Department of Information Science. She received her Ph.D. in psychology from Columbia University and directs graduate studies in Communication.
- Key research areas: Computer-Mediated Communication, Intercultural Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, Multilingual Collaboration, and Collaborative Intelligence Analysis.
