Dr Susan Croft is an Emergency Medicine Consultant and Researcher at the School of Medicine and Population Health, University of Sheffield. She works within ScHARR (School of Health and Related Research) on projects such as CLAHRC 2: Avoiding Admissions and Attendance in patients with long-term conditions and the Connecting Health Cities initiative.
