Susan Craver

Susan Craver is a Lecturer of Management in the Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, primarily based at the Marinette Campus. With over 20 years of college teaching experience, she combines academic expertise with 15 years of small business ownership in Marinette, Wisconsin, and prior roles in banking and high school business education.

• Education: B.A. in Political Economy and Economics from Michigan State University; MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Research and Professional Focus: Her interests span marketing, sales, management, supply chain operations, and manufacturing, with a particular emphasis on multi-generational management challenges in modern workplaces. She has contributed to regional economic development as a board member of InventureNorth.

Community Engagement: A native of the Marinette/Menominee area, Sue actively volunteers with local organizations including the Marinette Booster Club, Marinette/Menominee Youth Soccer Association, and Marinette Youth Hockey Association.
