Susan Clements-Vivian is Associate Director and University Lecturer at Simon Fraser University's School of Interactive Arts and Technology. She specializes in drawing as a mode of inquiry and visual communication design, teaching courses on graphic design, new media images, and narrative.
As co-founder of the Sketching In Practice Symposium (SKiP), she promotes interdisciplinary approaches to drawing. Her pedagogical work explores how sketching facilitates critical thinking and communication across artistic and technical disciplines.
