Sunčica Oberman Peterka is a Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Osijek, where she has been a full-time employee since 2000. Her academic roles include Vice Dean for Cooperation with the Environment, International Cooperation, and Projects (since 2021) and leading the international interdisciplinary interuniversity doctoral study Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She co-founded two alumni associations and actively contributes to entrepreneurial education and SME research.
- Research Interests: Entrepreneurial education, authentic leadership, strategic management, SMEs, innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship policy.
- Projects: EUFORIA 2.0, Virtual Visiting Professors, regional competence centers, and roles in GEM and Cepora research teams.
