Sanja Pfeifer is a Professor at the Department of Management, Organization and Entrepreneurship within the Faculty of Economics, University of Osijek, Croatia. Her academic career spans over 25 years, with tenure since 1996 and permanent status since 2012. She focuses on predictors of business growth and resilience, behavioral transitions to low-carbon practices, creative economy dynamics, and entrepreneurial ecosystems for early-stage ventures.
