Sunanda Jain is a Doctoral Researcher and Associate Lecturer at Lancaster University, affiliated with the Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) and the Organisation Work and Technology department. She serves as a Writing Mentor in the LUMS Learning & Development team and teaches courses such as ‘Management and Organisation in Context’ and ‘Organisational Psychology’.
