Suelen Carls is a Senior Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at Bournemouth University, a Law Professor at the University of Marília (Unimar) in Brazil, and an IP Expert at the World Intellectual Property Organization Academy (WIPO Academy). She previously spent four years (2018-2022) as a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Germany.
