Dr. Subhabrata Dev is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Alaska Anchorage's College of Engineering. His research addresses climate change impacts on water systems, critical mineral recovery, microplastics, and wastewater treatment technologies. He holds a PhD in Mining and Environmental Engineering and teaches courses including Water and Wastewater Treatment Design.
His recent publications explore innovative biotechnological and chemical solutions for environmental challenges in Arctic regions.
