Prof. Dr. Suat Zengin, currently serving as a Professor at the Department of Surgical Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Gaziantep University, is a prominent figure in Emergency Medicine and Toxicology. His academic journey began with an MD (1993-2000) from Çukurova University, followed by a Specialization in Emergency Medicine (2003-2008) at Gaziantep University.
- Research Focus: Emergency Toxicology, Oxidative Stress, Public Health Impacts of Environmental Factors, Medical Imaging in Acute Conditions, Critical Care.
His scholarly work spans 58 peer-reviewed publications, including studies on carbon monoxide poisoning, desert dust storms, and innovative ultrasound techniques. Notable trends in his research include:

- Biomarker analysis in toxicological emergencies
