Mustafa DOĞAN

Mustafa DOĞAN serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Forensic Medicine at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University's Faculty of Medicine since 2017, specializing in forensic toxicology and medicolegal death investigation. His academic foundation includes a medical degree from Gaziantep University (2003-2010) and forensic specialization at İnönü University (2011-2015) where his thesis examined biochemical changes in rats exposed to carbon monoxide and dioxide.

His research focuses on forensic toxicology, suicide mechanisms, and violence-related injuries, with publications analyzing poisoning cases, workplace trauma, and child abuse. Current projects include TÜBİTAK-funded studies on toxic gas effects and forensic infrastructure development. His 15 most recent articles (2012-2023) demonstrate consistent expertise in forensic pathology, clinical toxicology, and medicolegal reporting, with notable emphasis on suicide risk assessment and trauma biomechanics.

His collaborative work spans forensic teams across Niğde Training and Research Hospital and national forensic committees.
