Stéphane Renaud is a full Professor at the School of Industrial Relations within the Faculty of Arts and Science at the University of Montreal. His research focuses on Human Resource Management (HRM), particularly compensation strategies, employee retention, and the interplay between HR practices and organizational attraction. He explores tangible and intangible compensation systems, their impacts on turnover, and workforce dynamics in the ICT sector.
