Maxime PAQUET is a Professor at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, University of Montreal. His research focuses on work and organizational psychology, social changes, workplace mental health, and program evaluation. He leads and collaborates on projects addressing professional development, academic perseverance, and organizational climate. Notable projects include a 2025-2030 initiative to support professionalization in Quebec’s public sector (funded by FQRSC) and a study on pairwise group participation impacts (funded by SSHRC). He has supervised five doctoral students since 2024, focusing on nursing, environmental citizenship, and emotional competencies.
