Stéphane Gagnon

Stéphane Gagnon is a Professor at the University of Quebec in Outaouais (UQO) since 2006, leading the Cybersecurity and Organization component within the Department of Administrative Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from UQAM (2001), specializing in technology management. His research focuses on semantic intelligence technologies in cybersecurity, strategic leadership in cyber-resilience, and transdisciplinary integration of cybersecurity research. He collaborates on five key axes of research at the Interdisciplinary Center for Research and Innovation in Cybersecurity and Society.

Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), completed in 2001.

His recent publications explore AI tools in parliamentary systems, corporate responses to misinformation, and cybersecurity strategies. He holds funding from the Human-Centric Cybersecurity Partnership (HC2P) and contributes to collaborative projects with global and cross-disciplinary teams.
