Hamed Motaghi

Hamed Motaghi is a regular Professor in the Department of Administrative Sciences at the University of Quebec in Outaouais (UQO). He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from UQAM (2015), specializing in technology management. His research focuses on creativity and innovation in organizations, particularly addressing cybersecurity and privacy challenges, and the cybersecurity skills of immigrant and refugee populations. He leads Axis 2: 'Employees and Skills' in interdisciplinary research initiatives.

Education: Ph.D. in Business Administration (UQAM, 2015), specializing in technology management.

Research Interests: Digital transformation strategies, organizational performance through human capital empowerment, and cybersecurity skill development for marginalized communities. His work bridges technology management, organizational behavior, and social equity.

Publications (2023): Focus on digital transformation strategies, pandemic-driven organizational adaptations, and multi-dimensional innovation frameworks. Recent works appear in Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, Contributions to Economics, and Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences proceedings.
