Stewart Shuman, MD, PhD, is a Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine's Graduate School of Medical Sciences, affiliated with the Molecular Biology Program and Department of Medicine. His lab at Sloan Kettering Institute investigates nucleic acid transaction enzymes, integrating biochemistry, structural biology, and genetics to study RNA repair, DNA ligases, and the RNA polymerase II CTD code.
