Steven W. Ellingson

Steven W. Ellingson is an Associate Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech, affiliated with the Bradley Department. His research focuses on RF & Microwave Electromagnetics, Signal Processing, Radio Astronomy, and antenna design. He holds a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University (2000), an M.S.E.E. from Ohio State (1989), and a B.S.E.C.E. from Clarkson University (1987). His work includes developing interference mitigation techniques for radio astronomy and satellite communications, as well as contributions to open educational resources like the Electromagnetics textbooks.
