Steven McNair

Dr. Steven McNair is a Lecturer at the University of Glasgow's School of Psychology & Neuroscience, focusing on employability in higher education, LGBTQ+ psychology, and neurodiversity inclusion. He co-leads the School's Employability Network and supervises Honours and MSc dissertations on topics like LGBTQ+ lived experiences and cyberpsychology.

His research spans auditory perception in aging populations and employs neuroimaging techniques. He holds a Chartered Membership with the British Psychological Society and is a Fellow of Advance HE.

Teaching includes Social Psychology, Leadership, Cyberpsychology, and LGBTQ+ psychology modules. He currently leads the Current Issues in Psychology course and oversees qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
