Steven Lupien

Steven Lupien is the Ada Lovelace Director of the University of Wyoming Center for Blockchain & Digital Innovation and a Lecturer in blockchain, digital assets, and cryptocurrency at the College of Business. He is affiliated with the University of Wyoming, a Carnegie R1-classified institution.

• Research Focus: Blockchain technology, digital innovation in agriculture, and cryptocurrency applications.
• Key Contributions: Co-authored "Blockchain Fundamentals for Web 3.0" (2023), founding member of BeefChain (USDA-approved blockchain agricultural initiative).
• Leadership: Executive Director of the Digital Asset Trade Association (DATA), Board Member of Cyber Wyoming and the Digital Ledger Governance Association (DLGA), and advisor to blockchain organizations.
