Steven Leeb

Steven Leeb is a Professor of Electrical Engineering at MIT's School of Engineering, where he also serves as Associate Director of the Research Laboratory of Electronics. His research focuses on electronic, magnetic, optical, and quantum materials and devices, with significant contributions to energy management systems. Dr. Leeb directs the Electromechanical Systems Group and Laboratory for Electromagnetic and Electronic Systems.

His research interests include energy harvesting technologies, self-powered sensors, and advanced diagnostic systems for electromechanical equipment. Recent publications demonstrate innovations in non-contact measurement techniques and energy management solutions for industrial applications.
