Steven J. Lindsay serves as Assistant Professor of Law at The Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law, where he teaches Evidence. He holds dual fellowships at the Center for the Constitution and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition and the Separation of Powers Institute. Complementing his academic role, Professor Lindsay maintains active legal practice as Of Counsel at Torridon Law PLLC since 2025.

Professor Lindsay's pre-academic career featured prestigious positions including partnership at Kirkland & Ellis LLP (2023-2025), Supreme Court clerkship for Justice Clarence Thomas (2021-2022), and service as Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General at the Department of Justice (2018-2019). His background combines elite judicial experience with practical litigation expertise, enriching his academic perspective. Prior to law school, he served as a Teach For America corps member at Harlem Link Charter School in New York City.
