Steven Dell

Steven Dell is an Assistant Professor and Course Leader of the BA (Hons) Fashion Design program at Regent's University London. He has held leadership roles at prestigious institutions such as Kingston University, London College of Fashion, and the University for the Creative Arts. His academic leadership focuses on fostering creativity, innovation, and professional development through industry collaborations with brands like COS, Georgia Hardinge, and Studio Amelia.

Steven holds a HEA Senior Fellowship (2017) and a BA (Hons) in Fashion from Epsom School of Art (1992). His research includes work-based learning initiatives, strategic industry roadmap projects for the Sri Lankan footwear sector, and interdisciplinary fashion education.

He has spearheaded impactful projects such as The Little Black Jacket collaboration with Henry Poole & Co and Dormeuil, resulting in an international touring exhibition. His industry experience includes founding the acclaimed fashion label Jensens Dainties and consulting for global brands like Pringle of Scotland and Fred Perry.
