Steven Davies is a Full-Time Lecturer in Visual Effects & Digital Compositing at Teesside University's Department of Digital Arts and Animation since September 2022. His career spans nearly 15 years in computer graphics, with industry experience in game development and visual effects.

Research & Expertise: Specializes in 3D animation, visual effects, compositing, and character animation. Transitioned from creating first-person shooter games to specializing in destruction effects and real-world shot compositing in the VFX industry. Enthusiastic about integrating practical industry knowledge into teaching.
