Steve Tenn

Stephen Tenn is an Associate Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, affiliated with the Department of Radiation Oncology. He joined UCLA in November 2008 after completing his PhD in Biomedical Physics at the same institution.

Dr. Tenn specializes in image-guided stereotactic radiosurgery/radiotherapy and stereotactic body radiotherapy, with a focus on improving treatment accuracy using advanced technologies like the Novalis Radiosurgery system and CyberKnife platform.

His research has been shaped by clinical applications of radiation therapy technologies, particularly in developing systems for motion management and precision targeting. While at Stanford, he contributed to the Outreach physics program, enhancing accessibility to radiation oncology physics expertise.
