Steve Sutton is a brass instructor at a Community Music School and an active freelance trumpet performer. He serves as conductor, brass instructor, and featured performer for the Salvation Army, leading the Triad Brass, Carolinas Youth Band, and International Corp. Band. Professionally, he holds the Eb soprano cornet chair in the North Carolina Brass Band, is a founding member of the Ardmore Brass Quintet, and performs regularly with the Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Roanoke, and Charleston Symphonies alongside the Carolina Philharmonic.
