Dr. Steve Pearson is an Assistant Professor of English at the University of North Georgia’s Gainesville campus, specializing in Ethnic U.S. Literatures, World Literatures, and Religion in Literature. He holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Georgia (2008) and has taught courses ranging from World Literature sequences to Ethnic U.S. studies, including Asian-American and Latina/o literatures. His research explores intersections between religion and narrative forms, with a focus on comedy, devotional traditions, and pedagogy.
