Steve Kourabas is an Associate Professor in the Department of Law at Monash University. His research focuses on corporations law, financial regulation, international economic law, and the intersection of technology with corporate governance. He holds a doctorate from Duke Law School, examining post-2008 global financial law developments. Prior to academia, he served in legal roles at Telstra, the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance, and the Victorian Government Solicitor's Office.
