Steve Harris

Steve Harris is a Lecturer in History at San Francisco State University, focusing on modern European history with a global perspective. His work examines legal and political systems, particularly international arbitration, colonial treaties, and the intersection of states, empires, and international law. He holds a Ph.D. from UC Davis (2015), a J.D. from the University of Michigan (1979), and a B.A. from Brandeis University (1976).
