Stephen I. Glicksman is an Adjunct Associate Professor at both the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology and Yeshiva College, Yeshiva University. He serves as Director of Clinical Innovation at Makor Disability Services and founded the Makor College Experience Program, a unique partnership between Makor and Yeshiva University for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.

His research spans Intellectual and Developmental Disability, Moral Development, and Inclusion, with a focus on Judaism and Psychology, Lifespan Development, and Parenting. Recent publications explore college experience programs for individuals with disabilities, rights-based approaches to disability support, and intersections of Jewish spirituality with quality-of-life interventions.
Dr. Glicksman also works as a Consultant Psychologist for the School for Children with Hidden Intelligence (SCHI) in Lakewood, New Jersey, and maintains a private practice in Teaneck, New Jersey. He has taught courses across developmental psychology, learning disabilities, and moral development at Yeshiva University since 2015.
