Stephanie Sang Delgado is an Assistant Professor at Kean University within the School of Public Architecture at Michael Graves College. A Cuban Chinese registered architect (OH) born in Puerto Rico, she bridges architectural design, digital interfaces, and critical food studies through both academic and creative practice.

Professor Delgado's research investigates architectural interfaces and food studies through dual lenses: digital-physical design explorations producing conceptual landscapes and interactive installations, and critical analyses of food's colonial legacy, gendered domestic spaces, and urban food access. Her work manifests across creative coding, material experiments, and spatial interventions that challenge conventional architectural boundaries.
Her scientific recognition includes:
- Martin Luther King Jr. Scholar
- Graduate Enrichment Fellow
- Architecture Research Travel Award
As co-director of office ca, her collaborative practice generates tangible outputs including web applications, art installations, and design-build projects that materialize theoretical explorations of digital-physical interfaces, demonstrating an integrated approach to research, practice, and pedagogy that extends her influence beyond traditional academic boundaries.
